Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: August 15, 2026
Where’s My Workforce reports are prepared specifically for each customer’s selected location, occupation, hiring requirements, and report configuration. Because work begins on a customized analytical product after an order is received, cancellations and refunds are handled differently from ordinary retail purchases.
1. Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, contact Where’s My Workforce through our Support page as soon as possible.
Select Existing Order or Report and include your order number.
2. Cancellation Before Analysis Begins
If we receive and process your cancellation request before substantive work on your custom analysis has begun, the order may be eligible for cancellation and a refund.
Any non-refundable transaction or processing costs, where permitted by applicable law, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Cancellation After Analysis Begins
Once substantive work has begun, the order becomes a customized service in progress.
Because research, data preparation, analysis, and report development require work specific to your project, orders generally cannot be fully refunded after substantive analysis has begun.
Where appropriate, Where’s My Workforce may evaluate the amount of work already completed and determine whether a partial refund or account credit is reasonable.
4. Completed and Delivered Reports
Once a completed custom report has been delivered or made available through your account, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the report contains a material error attributable to Where’s My Workforce that we are unable to reasonably correct.
5. Incorrect Information Supplied With an Order
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information submitted with an order.
If you accidentally provide an incorrect location, occupation, radius, compensation amount, hiring quantity, or other project parameter, contact us immediately.
If substantive analysis has already been performed using the original information, changing the project parameters may require additional fees or a new order because the underlying analysis may need to be performed again.
6. Errors in a Where’s My Workforce Report
If you believe your report contains a factual, calculation, formatting, or analytical error attributable to Where’s My Workforce, contact us and describe the issue.
We will review the reported issue.
If we confirm that the report contains a material error attributable to us, we will generally correct the affected portion and provide an updated report at no additional charge.
7. Disagreement With a Finding
A report finding that differs from a customer’s expectation does not by itself constitute an error.
Workforce intelligence may reveal that a labor market is more competitive, wages are higher, workforce availability is lower, or a location is less favorable than expected.
Refunds are not provided solely because analytical findings are unfavorable or do not support a preferred business decision.
8. Third-Party Data Revisions
Government agencies and other data providers may revise previously published information.
A subsequent revision to an underlying third-party dataset does not automatically mean that a report was incorrect when prepared.
9. Rush Delivery
Rush Delivery fees compensate for prioritizing and accelerating the applicable order.
Once expedited work has begun, the Rush Delivery portion of an order is generally non-refundable except where Where’s My Workforce is unable to provide the purchased expedited service or where otherwise required by law.
10. Excel Data Exports
Because downloadable data exports are digital deliverables prepared in connection with a specific analysis, Excel Data Export purchases are generally non-refundable after the export has been prepared or delivered, except where required by law or where a material error attributable to Where’s My Workforce cannot reasonably be corrected.
11. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order because of a checkout or payment-processing error, contact us promptly.
Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected.
12. Requesting a Cancellation, Correction or Refund Review
